Water Treatment Plant

Our company has undertaken numerous projects in the field of water treatment and monitoring, focusing on both manual operations and fully automated control systems. Utilizing advanced SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technologies, we have successfully installed our systems in various locations across Indonesia. These installations can be found in regions such as Tarutung, Dairi, Bilah Hilir, Nias, Tebo (Jambi), Kerinci, Riau, IKN, Amuntai, Bojonegoro, and Selopamioro, Yogyakarta. Our commitment to enhancing water management through innovative solutions has allowed us to contribute significantly to improving local water quality and operational efficiency.

Cement Industry

In our latest initiative, we are developing a trial project to support the Semen Padang (SIG) project aimed at enhancing the kiln alternative fuel system. This innovative project incorporates an independent control system that is seamlessly integrated with the main control system, employing Modicon technology alongside a hybrid Distributed Control System (DCS) from EPE Schneider Electric. The goal is to optimize efficiency and reliability in the kiln operations while promoting the use of alternative fuels, thereby contributing to more sustainable practices within the cement industry. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and strategic system integration, we aim to achieve significant advancements in fuel management and overall production performance.

In Tanah Grogot, we have some work in automation solutions utilizing PLC and SCADA systems from Schneider Electric to enhance coal handling processes. Our comprehensive system enables precise control of various operations, including the crusher, conveyor, and stockpile management. By integrating these elements, we streamline the coal transfer process, ensuring efficient loading and transportation to ships. Our advanced technology not only improves operational efficiency but also enhances safety and reliability in handling coal on-site. Mixing Plant - Multi Sarana Indotani

We are proud to support Multi Sarana Indotani, a part of the Charoen Pokphand Group, in automating their blending and mixing systems located in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. Our collaboration involves the integration of advanced technologies, utilizing Omron PLCs for precise control and efficiency. Additionally, we employ machine SCADA expertise from Schneider Electric to ensure seamless monitoring and management of the production process. This automation not only enhances operational efficiency but also improves product consistency and quality.
